We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the fabric is unused and in its original condition. Custom orders and cut fabrics are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or an incorrect item, please contact our support team to arrange a return or exchange.
Care instructions vary depending on the fabric type. Many of our fabrics, such as cotton and polyester, are machine washable. However, delicate fabrics like silk, wool, or linen may require special care, such as hand washing or dry cleaning.
Yes, you can exchange fabric if you order the wrong color or type, as long as the fabric is in its original condition and has not been cut or used. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Custom or special-order fabrics may not be eligible for exchange.
